小豆島ブログ　島の秋祭り

10月は小豆島の各地区で秋祭りが盛大に行われます。

地区の神社の境内で奉納太鼓が披露され、小豆島を離れた人々もこの時は
島に帰ってきます。

10月初旬に太鼓台が組まれ、太鼓を叩く乗り子と呼ばれる子供が約2週間
独特の叩き方を練習します。

神社のしめ縄飾りも新しく作り直され、奉納の日を待ちます。

宵祭り（前夜祭）には提灯が飾り付けられ、夕暮れから夜にかけて街中を賑やかに
練り歩きます。
本祭りとは違った美しさが有り、秋祭りの魅力の1つになっています。

どの地区の奉納太鼓も見事で、人々を魅了します。

小豆島の秋はお祭りで始まり、山が紅葉で彩られるまで続きます。
