6月初旬は、オリーブの花が咲く季節です。

常緑の葉の隙間に白い小さな花がたくさん付き、白いドレスを着たように見えます。

木の種類により、花のつき方も咲くタイミングも少しずつ違い個性を出しています。

花は3日ほどで落ちて、その後オリーブの実が小さく付いているのが見えるようになり
花が落ちた地面は小さな花びらですが、絨毯のようにいっぱいになります。

10月に入ると実も大きくなり、収穫の時期を迎えます。
